OFFICIAL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND ENFORCEABLE LEGAL NOTICE
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE, AND CONSENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. General Promotion Framework
This promotional agreement governs a limited-time EDGE Boost sponsored promotional event made available to eligible Choctaw Onyx Elite members (the “Promotion”).
Eligible participants who successfully enroll in EDGE Boost no later than February 16, 2026, and who satisfy all eligibility, verification, and account approval requirements, may receive a $500 EDGE Boost promotional cash bonus, which is intended to be credited to the participant’s EDGE Boost Visa® Debit Card in connection with the promotional event scheduled for February 21, 2026.
Participation in the Promotion is limited and subject to availability.
No Promotion is guaranteed, and availability, value, and structure may change at any time.
2. Eligibility, Verification, and Compliance Requirements
Receipt of any promotional reward is strictly conditioned upon:
Must be an eligible Choctaw Onyx Elite member;
Completion of identity verification and compliance screening by February 16, 2026;
Open, activate, and maintain an EDGE Boost account in good standing;
Remain in compliance with all applicable EDGE Boost agreements and policies.
Absence of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or misuse.
Verified attendance at the promotional event scheduled for February 21, 2026.
Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement, at any time, automatically disqualifies the participant, without notice or obligation.
3. Promotional Offer Description
The $500 promotional cash bonus, if awarded, will be credited to the participant’s EDGE Boost Visa® Debit Card, subject to verification, approval, and compliance clearance.
Promotional funds are promotional in nature, non-guaranteed, and do not constitute deposited, earned, or vested funds until credited.
Promotional funds may be subject to usage, timing, transaction, pass-through, or withdrawal restrictions as set forth in the EDGE Boost Cardholder Agreement & Terms of Service.
EDGE Boost reserves the right to delay, withhold, reverse, revoke, or reclaim promotional funds in accordance with these Terms.
Event Attendance Requirement
Receipt and retention of the $500 promotional cash bonus is expressly conditioned upon the participant's verified attendance at the promotional event scheduled for February 21, 2026.
Attendance must be confirmed through methods determined by EDGE Boost or its partners (e.g., check-in, badge scan, or other verification processes at the event venue). Failure to attend or verify attendance will result in automatic disqualification from receiving or retaining the bonus, without notice or obligation.
The promotional cash bonus is offered in connection with the promotional event as an incentive for eligible Choctaw Onyx Elite members to enroll in EDGE Boost and attend the event, subject to all other eligibility, verification, compliance, and account requirements outlined herein.
EDGE Boost does not control, administer, operate, or guarantee the availability, scheduling, location, or conduct of the promotional event, which is managed independently by third parties, including Choctaw. Participants are solely responsible for arranging and covering any travel, accommodation, or other expenses related to attendance. EDGE Boost disclaims all liability for event-related issues, cancellations, or third-party acts or omissions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. No Contractual Obligation; Absolute Discretion Reserved
All promotional rewards are offered at the sole and absolute discretion of EDGE Boost.
Participation in this promotion does not create any right, entitlement, or expectation to receive any promotional reward.
EDGE Boost may determine eligibility, tier assignment, qualification, and award of promotional rewards in its sole discretion, and such determinations shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
5. Promotional Nature of Rewards
Are promotional in nature, conditional, non-guaranteed, and revocable;
Do not constitute earned income, deposited funds, wages, or vested property unless and until actually credited to an EDGE Boost account;
Have no cash value unless and until properly credited in accordance with applicable terms;
Are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or pledged.
Promotional rewards offered in connection with the Choctaw Onyx Elite event, including any event-related incentives or benefits, are provided solely for promotional purposes and are subject to eligibility, verification, approval, and the terms of this Promotional Agreement and the EDGE Boost Cardholder Agreement & Terms of Service. EDGE Boost does not control or administer the event itself and disclaims responsibility for event operations, attendance, availability, scheduling changes, or any third-party acts or omissions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Forfeiture, Reversal, and Clawback Rights
EDGE Boost reserves the irrevocable right, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to withhold, delay, reverse, revoke, or reclaim any promotional reward, in whole or in part, at any time, if EDGE Boost determines, in its sole discretion, that:
Eligibility criteria were not met;
Information provided was false, misleading, or incomplete;
The account is closed, suspended, restricted, or otherwise not in good standing;
Fraud, abuse, gaming, or misuse is suspected;
Awarding or maintaining the reward would violate applicable law or regulatory guidance.
All determinations are final and binding and not subject to dispute.
7. Limitation of Liability; No Reliance
EDGE Boost shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to this promotion, including but not limited to lost value, inability to redeem, or third-party refusal to honor promotional credits.
Participants expressly acknowledge that they have not relied on any representation or promise outside of these Terms.
8. Electronic Acceptance
Participation in this promotion, including registration for EDGE Boost, account activation, attendance at or participation in the promotional event, or acceptance or use of any promotional reward, constitutes the participant’s electronic acceptance of these Terms and the EDGE Boost Cardholder Agreement & Terms of Service, with the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Modification, Suspension, or Termination
EDGE Boost reserves the unrestricted right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including regulatory, operational, or compliance considerations.
10. Governing Agreement; Arbitration; Waiver
This promotion is governed exclusively by the EDGE Boost Cardholder Agreement & Terms of Service, including its binding arbitration provision, class-action waiver, and governing-law clause, all of which are incorporated by reference.
In the event of any conflict, the Cardholder Agreement shall control.
11. No Waiver
The failure or delay of EDGE Boost to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or of any other provision, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude further exercise of that or any other right.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms are held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any third-party trademarks, trade names, logos, products, services, or promotional credits referenced in connection with this promotion are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. EDGE Boost is not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting as an agent for any such third party, and does not control, administer, or guarantee the availability, redemption, acceptance, or continued validity of any third-party product, service, or promotional credit.
All third-party products, services, and promotional credits are subject exclusively to the terms, conditions, rules, restrictions, and expiration policies imposed by the applicable third party, and EDGE Boost disclaims all responsibility and liability for third-party acts or omissions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
